Wet dust remover can effectively remove liquid or solid particles with diameters of 0.1 to 20 microns from the airstream, and also remove some gaseous pollutants. It has the advantages of simple structure, small area, convenient operation and maintenance and high purification efficiency. It can handle high temperature and high humidity airflow, and reduce the possibility of ignition and explosion to low. But when using wet dust remover, special attention should be paid to equipment and pipeline corrosion and sewage and sludge treatment. Wet dust removal process is also not conducive to the recovery of by-products. If the equipment is installed indoors, it is also necessary to consider the problem of equipment freezing in winter.
